We specialize in assembling complete sealing kits for the primary production of hydraulic cylinders, service of telescopic cylinders (mailers), service of injection molding machines, pumps and other equipment according to your specifications and bills of material.

For an efficient and quick response, we have a Just In Time system, thanks to which we keep kits in stock and deliver them exactly at the moment your need. In addition, we prepare sealing kits for large plastic injection molding plants, which we can also keep in stock and deliver quickly in the event of an accident or urgent need. We also keep kits in stock for customers that repair, for example, telescopic cylinders or pneumatic cylinders, where the speed of repair is always a key element of satisfaction of the end customer.

Our products and assemblies are designed for a wide range of equipment, including construction machinery such as CASE, CATERPILLAR, NEW HOLLAND, JCB, VOLVO, KOMATSU, BOBCAT and more, and also for truck hydraulic systems such as HYVA, BINOTTO, EDBRO, PENTA, NUMMI, MEILLER-KIPPER, GEORG, HIAB, PALFINGER, FASSI, HMF, HIAB – MULTILIFT, CTS Okřínek and FORNAL. We also assemble sealing kits according to the supplied sample kits, e.g. for FESTO pneumatic systems and others.

We complete sealing kits for a variety of applications, including primary production and repair of hydraulic cylinders, telescopic hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic distributors, pneumatic cylinders and other hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. Our range also includes assembling injection molding kits, ball valve sealing kits, high pressure waterjet sealing kits and other applications. The kits can be assembled according to the customer’s bill of material, on the basis of supplied samples or on the basis of measured dimensions directly at the customer’s premises.
