We specialize in custom machining of almost all types of plastic materials and their modification with various fillers. The materials we process include PA6, PA66, PA4.6, POM, PET, PE 300, PE 500, UHMW-PE (PE 1000), PTFE, PP, PVC, PC, ABS, PEEK, Textit, PUR and rubber.

We offer the production of both individual pieces and series with quantities from one to 5-10 thousand pieces. Our specialization lies mainly in CNC turning using powered tools for milling various grooves, pockets and holes. The maximum outer diameter of the turned parts is approximately 750 mm, and the maximum length reaches approximately 300 mm.

Flexible material solutions

We pay special attention to the production of parts from less common and elastic materials, such as rubber and PUR materials. Our equipment also includes a milling router with a working surface of 2,810 x 1,500 mm and a maximum height of the milled material of 50 mm. These machines are particularly suitable for simpler milling tasks without high precision requirements, for example when making various moldings.

For comprehensive orders for the supply of machined parts, we work closely with our permanent and proven partners. We can also extend our service with a materials section, as well as in the manufacture of gaskets or standard gaskets.
